Custom Cupcakes and Mini-Cupcakes

General Information

At Sweet Themes Bakery, we consider it a privilege to bake cakes from scratch using quality ingredients. Our house buttercream is made daily with real butter.

The price of cupcakes will depend on the size and level of detail requested. . We also consider the materials and supplies needed to pull the design together and transport the cake.

Base Price for one dozen regular sized cupcakes: $51/dozen.

Base Price for one dozen mini-cupcakes: $36/dozen (min. 2 dozen)

We have a very talented and creative baking team that can design a cake with the information you provide. Decoration options include but are not limited to the following:

*We encourage customers to bring in purchased cupcake toppers and design items and we can place them on the cake for you. Must be provided at least 24-48 hours prior to order pick up.

How to Place an Order

To place an order, complete and online order request form. Most cupcake orders require at least one week’s notice depending on size, design, and flavor options. We will review the request, ask for clarification or additional information, and then provide you with a quote. We encourage customers to ask questions, provide specific details and send us photographs of cupcakes that have the features you are looking for.

Once a cupcake quote has been provided, an invoice will be sent for payment upon receipt. Payment must be received to confirm the order and ensure the cupcakes will be ready on the date you requested. If we do not receive payment, your order may be cancelled.

Delivery is available only for orders $150+ (not including delivery fee) with minimum one week notice if available. Delivery available from Downtown Seattle to North Tacoma, East to Issaquah. Delivery fee will apply and is based on delivery destination. PLEASE NOTE: Some one must be available to accept delivery. Food will not be left unattended. We allow 15 minutes of wait time for recipient to accept delivery. We will call you to let you know what is going on, so please be available to answer your phone. In case of non-availability of recipient at the time of delivery there will be no refund. We will leave a door notice to let the recipient know that a delivery was attempted. Repeat delivery will incur additional charges if our schedule allows or recipient can pick up the order at Sweet Themes Bakery during business hours.
