Custom designed sugar cookies are a Sweet Themes Bakery specialty, perfect for making any day special – birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, anniversaries, corporate events, grand openings and more. We work very hard to create beautifully customized designer sugar cookies that not only taste great melting in your mouth, but also make perfect guest favors for any event. You’ll definitely want another cookie to eat after you’ve had your first.

All of our sugar cookies are made fresh to order, hand rolled, cut and decorated. Cookie shelf life is 3 to 4 weeks. If purchasing for a later event, cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. We can also package your order to take with you while you travel. Just be sure to ask when you place the order and we’ll let you know what your options are.

Custom cookies take time, so please allow a minimum 1 to 2 weeks (7-14 days for ordering), depending on availability on our calendar and quantity ordered.

1–4 dozen custom cookies: Minimum 1–2 weeks notice

5+ dozen custom cookies: Minimum 2–3 weeks notice

Photo Edible Images

Yes, we are able to make photo edible images to put on cookies for an additional price. PLEASE NOTE: Photographs or logos are printed images on edible sugar paper using edible ink from an ink jet printer. Images will be printed “AS IS” from the .jpeg file(s) provided by the customer. We do not have a library of graphics for customers to choose from. We are not graphic designers and do not have the computer programs/capability to change colors, writing fonts, objects, etc. on the provided .jpeg file. Colors may vary from the original picture(s) when printed from ink jet printer.

Packaging

Cookies are carefully placed together in a box to be presented at your discretion and are not stacked on top of each other. Buttercream icing does not dry hard and CANNOT be individually packaged in bags. Buttercream iced cookies can be packaged in a plastic container. Additional charge for individually packaging cookies.

Allergy/Special Ingredient Requests

Even though we are a specialty bakery that takes custom orders, we do not offer bakery items that are gluten-free, sugarless, dairy free, egg free or vegan. Sweet Themes Bakery produces bakery goods that use flour, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, peanuts and/or tree nuts and we do our best not to cross contaminate work surfaces. However, if you are concerned about any type of allergy, we strongly advise against placing an order.

Payment

All custom orders require payment in full in order to be placed on our schedule, whether your order will be picked at our retail store or delivered. For payment, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express or cash. Our schedule books fast, and quality custom orders take time to make.

Cancellations and Refund

Please be sure you want your custom cookies before paying for your order. We do not offer refunds, only in-store credit will be given. Credit amount will depend on when the order has been cancelled prior to your pick up date. When you book an order, we decline other orders. When you cancel your order, it results in loss of income just to accommodate your order.

Delivery

Delivery is available only for orders over $100 (not including delivery fee) with minimum one-week notice if available. Our delivery area is from Downtown Seattle to North Tacoma, East to Issaquah; fee starts at $75+ and is based on delivery destination. Delivery in the Downtown Kent and Local Kent; fee starts at $25+ and is based on delivery destination. Additional fee for Sunday and Monday deliveries if available. PLEASE NOTE: Someone must be available to accept delivery. Food will not be left unattended. We allow 15 minutes of wait time for recipient to accept delivery. We will call you to let you know what is going on, so please be available to answer your phone. In case of non-availability of recipient at the time of delivery there will be no refund. We will leave a door notice to let the recipient know that a delivery was attempted. Repeat delivery will incur additional charges if our schedule allows or recipient can pick up the order at Sweet Themes Bakery during business hours.
